Model for Ministry (read the entire speech here)

Speech by Apostle and Pastor David Scott of Circle City Christian Center at the American Leadership Conference.

"We have evolved into such clever and enlightened people of faith that we’ve lost the Lord’s pure pattern along the way......
.......I submit to you today that we as spiritual leaders who are contemplating partnering with the government through faith-based initiatives, charitable choices or incorporating through a 501 (c)(3) desperately need to locate the Lord’s road to Christian character and true ministry or we may end up on a collision course with chaos."

From a Pastor’s Desk (read the entire essay here)

An essay from Pastor Tom Gliebe of FireGate Ministries concerning the state of the church and testimony for Bethel Aram Ministries.

"Pastors and Ministers who have concerned questions regarding their state structured Church or Ministry corporations owe it to  yourselves to continue this process of investigating Corporation Sole. Those who are preparing to start a church or ministry looking for understanding and clarity of a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) verses Corporation Sole, should contact Bethel Aram Ministries. The call you make will affect your future and all those who will be touched by the ministry only God can give.  Guard your calling; Guard your future; Guard your flock; Guard your family. Rev. Dr. Elizabeth Gardner is among the very few who specialize in setting up Canon Law Corporation Sole  for churches and ministries throughout the United States.  Know too, that all Corporation Soles are NOT created equal. There are actually two types of Corporation Sole and you must know the difference:  Civil Law and Canon Law."

From a Training Conference Delegate

"Getting educated on the differences between a 501(c)3 and a Corporation Sole is very important and I wanted to learn, not from accountants or raw technical advisors, but expert ministers whose hearts are for the Church, and not for mammon. Our  ministry suffered badly for several years from poor advice and a perverted mindset coming from well-meaning but ill informed people who are entrenched in the worldly paradigms of Church Industry today, centered around avarice, entertainment and success. Meeting and learning from Ric and Elizabeth was both technically informative, doctrinally very sound, but above all, they were seasoned with love to see my wife and I, and our ministry fully restored.   I'd recommend Bethel Aram Ministries to any minister who is re-evaluating their ministry legal structure, particulary those wishing to avoid the lascivious traps and demonic devices that default into the present 501(c)3 law (ie; pro-abortion, pro-gay, etc). The conversion from 501(c)3 to Corporation Sole and introduction to Canon Law for us has been a journey of rethinking, re-evaluation and recovery. I found Ric and Elizabeth to be very knowledgable, offering tangible help and wisdom at every step."

Help from us and other Ministers

"Ric and I have assisted many diverse Churches and Ministries form a new Corporation Sole to launch a new Church or Ministry. However, in some cases we have also helped Ministries dissolve existing 501(c)3 entities and transfer longstanding Church and Ministry assets (such as Church buildings, Schools, Libraries, Bank Accounts, etc) into the new Corporation Sole. Many of the ministers we have helped are willing to counsel and talk with others about their experience of establishing a Corporation Sole, and about their experience of utlizing help from Bethel Aram Ministries. We are here to serve the Body of Yahshua the Messiah (Jesus Christ), so let us know how we can help."
